Why IPAD with M1 is pretty much slower than Iphone 13 Pro with A15??

I run your models like YoloV8x ~ s and DeeplabV3, FRCN on both iphone and iPad. 
But always it shows, Ipad is about 2~3 times slower than iphone. 
Could you give me some hint the reason or any guess??
