Add metrics for contributors

In the new UI, we will have a section for contribution metrics.

Good candidates are:

• Pony factor: https://ke4qqq.wordpress.com/2015/02/08/pony-factor-math/ (e.g. with code here https://devstats.scientific-python.org/_generated/scipy/)
• Monthly commit activity per contributor
• Else?

Again the rational here is that we don't want anything from GitHub as to be platform agnostic and push for more decentralisation. We could invite folks to add specific meta data into their commits messages. Like reviewed-by, etc. we can create our own vocable.

Hi @Jemiiah, thanks for the interest. Happy to assign it to you if you are interested. There is a new UI rewrite but these components could be done in parallel.

Provided the contribution is of quality and you are reasonably autonomous yes. I can allocate up to 200 XLM for that task. (We can discuss based on the outcome of course.)
