Add AR.IO Wayfinder SDK to Community/Guides section

With the new AR.IO Wayfinder SDK it offers users a new way to query/access data on Arweave.

It may be worth adding this to the cookbook to offer users a modern and updated way to access Arweave data instead of accessing gateways directly.
