FPS drop

I noticed a significant reduction in game performance using this plugin when at Zulrah. I've attached a GIF of an example of this below:

I'm not 100% certain if this is due to the locale or perhaps an interaction with other plugins but I specifically noticed it at Zulrah.

So it's fine outside of zulrah and drops in zulrah?
Does changing between the display modes change anything?
Do you see the same result with the Line of Sight plugin?

Can you also verify it's not just dropping on startup? I don't see any issues at zulrah myself, but the fps drops/goes back up once its done loading after toggling
