@vpa1977 mentioned this should not be possible as the archive should have been frozen, inclusive of the proposed pocket. Is this a new policy, a wrong statement, anything that deserves a fix?

I feel that this is some very old quote from wiki, as it is not possible to upload directly to proposed pocket. Also as the archive is frozen, all uploads are held in the queue, so nothing enters -proposed without the manual approval.
