docs: link to FTBFS report #237

Perhaps the FTBFS page should link to
It is a community maintained page without https. It is currently pointing to questing because the maintainer hasn't updated it for resolute yet.
Also, there are periodic archive rebuilds. Here is a recent one. They use different URLs.
