Ubuntu Policy Manual should be published through Project docs (content owned by Tech Board), while the
ubuntu-policypackage (https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-policy/) should be sunset.As per Robie, it's sufficient to publish the Ubuntu delta of the Policy:
I think it's important to make sure that the Ubuntu-specific parts are preserved, with history, but I think it's fine to move it over to ubuntu-project-docs provided it's TB-gated, as you suggest.
