The Packaging Guide contains an excellent glossary which is mostly complete.
This PR:

  • Adds the content to the Ubuntu Project docs
  • Converts it to MyST markdown
  • Changes internal links to point to URLs in the Packaging Guide (to help us find them easier when the Packaging Guide is later migrated)
  • Standardises the formatting
