We may want to improve it to try hkps, hkp and local file in turn for robustness, but fine if the harmless explicit port solves the issue for now.

In order for me to get key from keyserver i need to specify port also.
Tested and make runs fine with the port on.
This is tested and was a problem on Rockylinux 9.6 latest update with packages on server to run and install migrid.
I tested Rockylinux 9.6 before any packages required for running migrid, and it runs just fine, but after packages required for me to run the environment i need to now specify the port.
