C192mx025 atm sfc ICs (tile3 and tile6) generated with chgres have odd striping pattern in tsea related to ice fields

We found that the tsea on ice (when fice>0.15) in the C192mx025 atm sfc ICs (tile3 and tile6) generated from both Replay and CPC appears to have an odd striping pattern. I have tested using a different orog file but it did not resolve the issue. Attached are figures showing the striping patterns in Arctic and Antarctic regions. We suspect if it may be related to the chgres issues. Can someone help resolve the issue? Thanks.

@YangxingZheng-NOAA May I ask if the pattern still exists in the forecast output? Since the tsea will be updated by MOM, this may not have an impact on forecast. Just want to confirm if the forecasts are affected by this error.

I have checked the atm surface restart files and the tsea (when fice>0.15) does not show the striping patterns any more.
