Rename
filemodefs("filesystem"), and add support foruw fs makedirsvia CLI and API.Note that all
docs/sections/user_guide/cli/tools/file/*files appear to have been deleted, but they were simply moved todocs/sections/user_guide/cli/tools/fs/. Unfortunately, git considers a sufficiently high ratio of changed to unchanged lines to imply deletion and creation rather than renaming.Type
