Feel free to create a PR! I am open to adding this rule to eslint-plugin-import-x as well.

In the meantime, eslint-plugin-unicorn or eslint-plugin-n is still a very good alternative if you need this rule right now. Since you are already writing code for Node.js, I assume eslint-plugin-n is something nice to have.

Users of eslint-plugin-unicorn can use https://github.com/sindresorhus/eslint-plugin-unicorn/blob/main/docs/rules/prefer-node-protocol.md, fyi.
