Need a better UI for selecting enqueue scripts

The select element sucks. #7 related. Should have a way to add external/uploaded scripts. The current beta list can serve as a resource to a user slimmed/selected list (more manageable, better experience)

Chosen is in. Functionality needs improving.

This should be an options page. Select which core scripts to make available there, then a smaller list on post/pages. Perhaps extended with linked libraries and/or uploaded and/or stuffed into an named option for enqueueing.
