Feedback: Links on Submission form page should open in new-tab

Hi, I really like the metriq project and have done a number of submissions myself. I went through the quite long process of creating a new submission for some recent work I was involved with. However, upon accidentally clicking one of the tasks I had added in my results it took me to a new page and I found that my in-progress submission was lost.

Can I suggest some changes made to the submission page to improve user experience?

• Links should open in new tabs or a warning that current information will be lost if you leave this tab
• Save submissions as draft with perhaps automatic saving periodically or upon some event e.g adding a new task.

Thank you for your interest and suggestions in Metriq! I agree with both of these as good ideas and have created two separate issues for tracking each one (#306 and #307). Thank you for suggesting these and for your feedback!
