members who play against players without a member record do not load

Player page does not load for some players

Player A has a game against player B. Player A is a member, Player B is not. Player B will not attempt to load, Player A's load will fail.

Player A 18189
Player B 30036

Before I open a new bug report, is this why some older profiles seem unable to load? Or is this unrelated.
