[Outreachy Task Submission] Accessibility Improvement for Pop-up Message  for Activity Page

The pop-up message currently presents an information icon and a "Cancel" button. However, we need to enhance its accessibility to comply with best practices and improve the user experience for individuals with diverse needs.
