When attempting to add a post to the platform using the 'Counting and Results - Title and Description DELETED' survey, users encounter an error message stating, "Failed to create a post. Please recheck the your input." This error message lacks specificity, making it challenging for users to identify the specific input field(s) that require attention or correction. As a result, users may experience frustration and inefficiency in addressing the issue and successfully submitting the post.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Click on the "Add Post" button.
2. Select the 'Counting and Results - Title and Description DELETED' survey.
3. Fill in the required input fields.
4. Click on the "Submit" button.

Expected Behavior:
