Describe the bug

• The alt text for the Ushahidi Logo is the same as the text “Ushahidi” displayed next to it.

Providing redundant alt text can be unnecessary and repetitive for users of screen readers or when the image is unavailable.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch the local host
2. Navigate to the Ushahidi section on the top left
3. Double click on the logo next to Ushahidi-text
4. Observe the alt text used for that image

Expected behavior

The alt text should convey additional information about the image that is not already provided elsewhere on the page.
