This pull request includes several changes to the CI/CD pipeline and test coverage configuration. The most important changes are the addition of a new CodeQL configuration file, updates to the CodeQL workflow to use the new configuration, enhancements to the .NET workflow for test coverage, and the inclusion of a new package reference for test coverage.
CI/CD Pipeline and Test Coverage Enhancements:
.github/codeql/codeql-config.yml: Added a new CodeQL configuration file to specify security and quality queries and ignore certain generated code files..github/workflows/codeql.yml: Updated the CodeQL workflow to use the new configuration file..github/workflows/dotnet.yml: Enhanced the .NET workflow to include test coverage collection and badge creation, and updated the test command to include coverage parameters.vb2ae.ServiceLocator.MSDependencyInjection.Tests/vb2ae.ServiceLocator.MSDependencyInjection.Tests.csproj: Added a new package reference forcoverlet.msbuildto enable test coverage reporting.
