fix: #3628
Description
Fixed loading of custom fields on session entities.
Added test plugin to demonstrates and validates the fix for Session custom fields relations.
Breaking changes
All fix informations are in README.md directly in session-custom-fields plugin.
Plugin also contains test script and debug scripts to get correct data directly from vendure database through core.
