Description
This PR is a follow-up to #3624 which allows for more custom payment flows enabled by the stripe payments plugin.
The
stripe.controller.tsonly handled webhooks, where the order hadArrangingPaymentstate, this PR allows settlingArrangingAdditionalPaymentstate orders.Breaking changes
