You can now empty ashtrays in disposals

Why was this not a thing? Why was throwing an ashtray the only way to empty it?

• rscadd: You can now empty an ashtray's contents in a disposal unit by simply clicking on the bin with the ashtray. If the ashtray is empty it will be thrown in it instead.
• imageadd: Ashtrays have an new sprite for when they have at least one cigarette in them.
• soundadd: Ashtrays now make sound when hit and thrown.
• rscadd: Broken ashtrays are now properly considered trash items (and thus may persist through rounds)
