What this does
Makes get_rev() configurable.
Why it's good
Pulls a very minor detail off the secret repo. Merging this PR will result in an update of 'config.txt' and deletion of /secrets/code/datums/helper_datums/* on the secret repo.
How it was tested
It wasn't.
