The Animations are BACK!
What this does
Fixes the broken animations on the Suit Modification Station, adds some more, and adds some special effects. (The webms below have sound!)

Upgrading the scanning module to phasic or better will skip the start up scanning animation.

It also works with the vox and plasmaman outfits!

ALSO: The machine will also now actually check to see if it's powered before letting something use it. It also will prevent you from taking off your suit in the middle of the process.
Why it's good
Funny machine go whirrrr whissss clunk! Closes #34524.
How it was tested
Got on as a human, spawned vox/plasmameme and suits, tried putting modules in and out, repainting suits, then upgraded and tried the same. Had to test those SFX.
