What this does

closes #37468 by reverting the RCD changes to the mech done in #37413
also improves QoL by not forcing image loading every time you open the UI
changes the default glass schematic to Rglass instead of regular.

Why it's good

it's a hotfix to adress the mech issues fast. also makes the RCD a bit better to use from when it was.

How it was tested

opened and tested the RCD for the item, borg, and mech.

• rscdel: The mech RED has been reverted to the old UI due to technical issues.
• tweak: The new RCD UI no longer tries to send images every time the UI is opened, only the first. If images are broken, click the Reload Images button in the UI and reopen it.
• tweak: The new RCD will default to reinforced glass for windows instead of the weaker one.
