What this does

Lets mixing honk serum take the place of water or glycerol in potassium or nitroglycerine explosions to instead create a fake explosion of the same power in the area.
Adds a traitor item the seismic artillery remote for 2 TC, which can do this with a cooldown but with the added ability to trick bhangmeters into reporting them as actual explosions.
Lets fake admin explosions have an option to show up on bhangmeters as real.

Why it's good

Good use for a crew distraction as traitors or pranks as a clown.

How it was tested

Making the honk serum mixes, buying the uplink item, using it, waiting for the cooldown to end and using it again, using the fake explosions admin secret.

• rscadd: Syndicate agents can now purchase the seismic artillery remote for 2 telecrystals in the sabotage section, or for 1 telecrystal if in science positions. This allows the creation of a fake explosion effect in the area that gets reported to bhangmeters. Cooldown is 1 minute per every level of devastation up to a maximum of 8.
• rscadd: Honk serum can be mixed with potassium to create fake explosion effects, or with polyacid and suphuric acid for larger ones. Bhangmeters do not recognise them, though.
• tweak: Admin fake explosions now have an option to be detected by bhangmeters.
