Abandoned Crate Update

What this does

This PR updates abandoned crates in order to add more interesting loot options, increasing the total pool to 49 types of boxes and updating some previous boxes. In exchange, the crates are slightly more dangerous to open. Failing the 3 code challenge will mildly damage you. Attempting illicit access via EMP, damage, monster smashing, etc, will have a small chance to destroy all the contents. Only a successful code entry, emag, or salvage captain ID will safely open the crate.

Additional changes:

• Adds several sprite options for abandoned crates.
• Adds a bunch of items related to the above crates.
• Adds a new chemical dispenser which can be set to dispense a single specific chemical.
• Adds several new sprites.
• Adjusts wooden chest sprite to match other existing crates.

1. bay01, a box containing contraband for use at a later date, with more items than before.
2. bay02, Major Tom's Spacesuit, with additional paper note.
3. bay03, Larger Bluespace Beaker, up from a standard bluespace beaker.
4. bay04, the classic diamonds box.
5. bay05, the hydroponics kit, now with six randomly selected common seeds for the space hobos.
6. bay06, classic no-react beakers.
7. bay07, classic bluespace crystals.
8. bay08, classic batons, but more of them.
9. bay09, ugly tie crate with the shapeshifting jumpsuit, with more ties than before!
10. bay10, classic red and blue shorts.
11. bay11, modern batons, but with more of them!
12. vg_painting, containing several of our fine arts randomly selected.
13. vg_switchtool, giving you three of the most sought after variety of tool.
14. vg_iou, which one day might be redeemed.......
15. vg_atari, containing 30 copies of spess pets for the PDA.
16. vg_anime_pirate, containing a devil's fruit which gives the consumer a beneficial genetic power at the cost of their ability to swim.
17. vg_coins, holding 30 coins of a random type (excepting extremely rare types).
18. vg_caps, holding 30 bottlecaps.
19. vg_heart, containing a minecraft heart of the seaspace station 13 heart of the spess. It can replace your normal heart.
20. vg_gold, containing an ass-ton of gold (50-100). We're rich boys.
21. vg_va11halla, a starter space bartender kit, with a board for making a karmotrine dispenser.
22. vg_grog, a true space pirate's joy. Full keg of grog!
23. vg_fumo, safely storing away someone's rare fumos...
24. vg_glocks, containing 12 toy guns. Some of them may be real guns!
25. vg_pirate_clothes, providing enough pirate outfits for 7 people or more if you're creative.
26. vg_captain_himself, finally answering the question where did that salvage shuttle captain run off to without his ID or gun. (explaining mysteries is bad in stories, don't do it)
27. vg_pickaxe, containing a more powerful diamond pickaxe with a phazon edge. Comparable to a diamond drill, but does 1 more damage (16 damage is a major threshold, this thing is not to be underestimated).
28. vg_pinups, storing some of the best our poster collection has to offer.
29. vg_goliath, lol lmao
30. vg_lootget, 10 chances to LOOT GET!
31. vg_lost_christmas, containing a powerful santa bag (with limited storage, comparable to a bag of holding). Also contains several gifts!
32. vg_trash, one man's trash. Contains a full crate's worth sample of digging through maintenance.
33. vg_crown, oh hell yeah it's the monkey's island idol of many hands in crown form!
34. vg_rare_dispenser, providing a board for a single chemical dispenser with a random chemical.
35. vg_coupons, a collection of coupons clipped for later use... hopefully they're not expired!
36. vg_costumes, enough costumes to dress 7 spessmen!
37. vg_trader, a lost trader crate, buried and forgotten.
38. vg_dice, some tabletop gamer's emergency kit.
39. vg_parts, a mechanic's personal collection of old parts. There might be a rare find inside.
40. vg_cup, winner of the 'i asked a random guy what he'd find buried in a crate on the roid' award.

42. vg_recursive, many boxes for a small reward. Or, are the smaller boxes a reward in themselves?
43. vg_20_bucks, 20 bucks is 20 bucks
44. vg_bomberman, a rare vinyl, some figures, and a Real Life Bomberman Bomb!!

46. vg_cargo, a randomly selected cargo crate lost in shipment... (not any large crates, so no supermatters here guys sorry.)
47. vg_battery, someone's old battery box
48. vg_lipstick, a bunch of random lipstick.. but it's all a cover for a few tear gas grenades mixed in!
49. vg_pdas, the latest iphone shipment contained several novelty iphones, including one disguised as a stun gun!

Why it's good

Miners might actually be tempted to bring the goods back up to the station. To share. Or sell.

How it was tested

Spawned all of them. Opened all of them. Several of them in multiple situations, especially the random result ones. Threw a bunch of lipstick grenades with my third hand crown. Got mauled by a goliath. Had fun times.
