Update UI

• Add the following UI updates:

  • introduce headers and footers
  • add tool bar
  • add gradient samples
  • add ability to download image
  • implement dark mode
  • update favicon to generated gradient
  • add history

• Change the dependency for flutter-vector-icons to my fork to enable icon tree shaking for release builds.
