Different heading options

• When added via the inline button
• When added via the left rail sidebar

When you add the "heading" component via the inline add button (in the flow of content on the page), you are given additional options to style the heading (bold, italics, link, etc.) vs. when you add the "heading" component via the left rail sidebar. Can we standardize these?
