Has the latest output filename commit been published? #222

- msg_parser version: 1.2.0
- Python version: 3.6.8
- Operating System: Any
Looks like this commit has not been published to PyPi. Any way to get this published? My use case requires that I specify the filename when saving.
Plus, defaulting the filename to the message subject is unreliable at best and could potentially be dangerous (e.g. message with subject "../foo")
