Feature: oxlint formatter visualization

I previously created a project named oxlint-formatter-inspector. It can visualize the formatter of oxlint:

I also noticed that @antfu's slide at VueConf mentioned this point:

I think it can be integrated into Vite Devtools!

On oxlint-formatter-inspector, it will execute the command npx oxlint -f json to get the formatter result. Not sure if this fits the Vite Devtools workflow. I'd be happy to discuss it!

I'll discuss with the Vite Plus team to see what would be the best way for oxlint to work with rolldown-vite
