Change of username

Hi!

I have noticed that you have referenced my tutorial of `How to use a remote Jupyter notebook in VS code` in [this notebook](https://github.com/vosps/tropical_cyclone/blob/16c83c9db43dc1d919afb469e213e040fe6862f0/figures/0_table.ipynb#L43) but the referenced gist link is broken because I have changed my username from `sudomaze` to `ma7dev`.
