Consider indent adjustment for all ReSpec source

Consider applying the indent adjustment suggested in #408 (comment)_, throughout the ReSpec source file(s).

Basically, start all body content lines from position 0 instead of a 7 tab indent; optimally, to be applied across the board via a tidy script or similar.

I agree that lots of tab-indent is not helpful. However, I find indent very useful when editing so -1 to zero indent from me. FWIW I set tab width to 2 in my local editor for HTML/XML and it looks OK.

I would prefer that the docs use spaces, not tabs, to improve github display. It does not seem possible to set the tab width in code review UI. (The RDF and SPARQL documents are tab-less. The SPARQL docs were done while converting to reSpec.)

I am not in favor of zero 0, also because it would mess up the whole change history, as it would affect every single line.

I would be happier with converting all tab indents to two-space indents (including replacing, for instance, 7 tabs with 14 spaces) than leaving them as tabs.

But of course, converting all tab indents to space indents will also affect many lines. I do not consider this "messing up" the change history, but obviously opinions differ.

I will go along with whatever the group decides is best, though I will certainly be sad if status quo prevails.
