Compiler Singlepass targeting RISC-V

Hello,
I am interested in working on extending the singlepass compiler to target RISC-V. I see that the arm and x86 versions use dynasm which I believe has no/limited support for RISC-V. Would anyone have any suggestions for how I might proceed?

Hey @jamose04 , one person is already working on this, if I recall things properly we were at 103/104 spectests passing. Once it reachs 104/104 (very soon), a new PR will be created, so we can followup the work
