Add top level comment for each entity in the main.wasp file

For each entity, add a comment explaining what it is about. Right now, going through the main.wasp file, I can't really easily grasp what most of them are about and what are they important for.

Possibly also consider giving them better names. But let’s start with a header comment for each entity.
