Description

When adding the reporting plugin to the package build, this file should be updated so that the build guide continues to work.

The changes would be to specify that you need to have the wazuh-dashboard-reporing repository package and how to generate it (it would be very similar to the security plugin).

Also in the execution of the build-packages.sh script the -rp flag is added to specify the reporting plugin package.
