Integrate alternate files/media cloud storage

1. Integrate alternate files/media cloud storage options besides the current Firebase Cloud Storage, in response to the new Firebase Cloud Storage pricing plan (see the attached email screenshot for reference).

   Test using other standard/free alternatives that do not require payment information for moderate to average usage:

   • Google Drive API [link]
   • Supabase Storage [link]
   • Cloudinary (Free Tier) [link]
   • Backblaze B2 [link]

2. Add an option to retain using the current Firebase Cloud Storage for users that will subscribe to the Firebase Blaze plan.
