Missing 2.1.1 release tag in git repository #182
Description
On PyPi, version 2.1.1 was published while at the same time there is no 2.1.1 present in git repository.
With the tag missing and PyPi not shipping a source tarball, it's not easily possible to release new upstream versions downstream.
