What context is your feature request related to?
In addition to Discord chat we also have Telegram, ughm "forum", which also have some kind of channels in it. So there's releases channel up there, that is no one handles so far.
What solution would you like?
The appropriate way is to automatise this bit of work, but connecting some Telegram GitHub but to make it publish messages in the Telegram releases channel about every new release, when it has been come.
Any additional context?
This issue is very #768 related one.
