why resource request report 404

I set browsermob-proxy as my firefox proxy and try to capture the har file.
the page is: http://bestwebsitemonitoring.us/regression/static/html/jscombine/two_js_combine.html

But when I set the proxy, all the resource request report 404, is there anything wrong?
