When using the crawler channel selection control, the list of crawler channels are fetched twice.

Reproduction instructions

1. Open browser network tab
2. Log in as crawler
3. Go to new workflow. Observe in browser network tab that crawler-channels is called twice

We could potentially move crawler channels to context so that the field does not need to be hidden on-update.
