wechaty_puppet.exceptions.WechatyPuppetConfigurationError: WechatyPuppetConfigurationError("can't not ping endpoint: 116.233.2.210:8788", None, None)

I use a docker created by https://github.com/padlocal/wechaty-puppet-padlocal/blob/master/scripts/wechaty_token_gateway_padlocal.sh, and login my personal wechat.
Enconter this problem while running python ding_dong_bot.py.
I think maybe I should replace the 116.233.2.210 by localhost? but can't find how to set
