Description
We need a list of all our whitelisted modules and their associated type.
Motivation
We're currently tracking the deployed contracts but we're not tracking the modules we listed in the Airlock contract.
Proposed Solution
We could either create a "live" solution which would be displaying in realtime the previous SetModuleState events, or create a small tool keeping track of the whitelistings.
