generated content adds only noise to the history, and since the package is distributed via npm, you can always use the unpkg url for that. - removed files - updated gitignore - added note to readme about the compiled css version

Fixes #40
This is a sass framework, with an optional css build version distributed. Since we're using npm as our registry and
dist/files are included in the package, when publishing we're also making them available through the unpkg url.
