Add a way to check that the server at a given path can be managed by the installation manager

Only servers with required metadata files (`.installation/installer-channels.yaml`, `.installation/manifest.yaml`, `.galleon/provisioning.xml`) can be managed by the installation manager.

Using installation manager on servers without those files leads to an exception. It should be possible to verify that a server can be managed before creating instance of `InstallationManager`
