Fixes #754

  • Add version overwrite to install command
  • Add support for version overrides in update process
  • Support prepare/apply
  • Detect and warn about channel downgrade in an update
  • Reject implicit downgrade
  • Initial list-channels command impl
  • Finish channel-list operation
  • Clean up ChannelsUpdateResult
  • Finish list-channels command
  • Add version parameter to update list operation
  • Fail the cached manifest resolution is the requested version doesn't match
  • Deprecate old UpdateAction constructor
