Simple instruction to novices?

For newbies like me, is there any hint how can we get executable version (I am windows user).

there is no VisualStudio (.sln) files, and how to get the compiled medusa ( with its Boost or needed plugins included), is there any compiled version already available for download?

Hi @ttodua,

I'm afraid nothing is available right now. Plus I'm slowly reworking on this project.
On the bright side, I'm switching on vcpkg to handle dependencies. Hopefully, compilation won't be pain anymore.
