What should data publishers do when a dataset they manage becomes unavailable; i.e., they no longer maintain, curate, or publish it?
The FAIR Data Principles say that the discovery metadata should remain available - at least so that potential users can see that it's no longer available.
If a WIS2 data publisher decides to do this, how should their WCMP2 record be updated?
(Note: This is distinct from deleting a metadata record. The Cookbook already explains how to delete resources.)
