1. Opening:

The draft Agenda and the minutes from the last teleconf (#11; 19.5.2020) were adopted.

2. Stewardship Maturity Matrix for Climate Data

• How it relates to WIGOS metadata Link (William Wright, Christina Leif, Denis Stuber) The presentation on Towards best practice in managing datasets for climate monitoring by William Wright was very welcomed. The importance and need for further collaboration with climate community was underlined; Denis will be the "focal" point /climate representative in the Team.

3. Review status of open issues for fast-track

Reports on status, blocking issues, next steps regarding WMDR codelists The team briefly reviewed the issues: #143, #146, #114: no need to go into details #173: modification is needed, too many variables; to be discussed in more detailed way in the future #144: JK briefed on the progress made; it is a schema not codelist issue #142: ChG briefed on a current status and on a way how to deal with this issue. #155: closed and moved to "In validation" for Fast Track All elements under "In validation" for Fast Track will be checked by co-chairs of the Team if everything is OK IZ will contact Enrico to check what everything must be done for a successful & complete submission for Fast Track & the deadline.

4. Review of the WMDS element 7-14 "Schedule of International Exchange"

Luis introduced a new issue Suggestion to review the WMDS element 7-14 "Schedule of International Exchange" that was moved under WMDR codelist

5. Status of wiki pages (Denis Stuber)

The review of the wiki pages will continue, as some are outdated, some can be combined, updated, etc.
