- Welcome [jkl, 5’]
- Acceptance of minutes [jkl, 2’]
- Secretariat Updates [am, 5’]

-
New introductions
- Magali Krieger introduced herself, she represents the OceanOps community
- John Eyre with UK MetOffice, previously worked on the OSCAR RRR and is looking at the inconsistencies between WIGOS Codes and OSCAR requirements
- Itze van der Meulen with KNMI and is member of CIMO group and is looking at the code tables for Methods
-
Joerg explained where we are in the Fast-Track procedure for FT2022-1; Many of the proposals on the table will probably be not ready this cycle and will require more discussions and reviews by the broader community. He also mentioned that the governance of the codes will need to be refined. He also explained that the evolution of WMDR will need to be discussed and this will take time. (Laura) Are we being too quick with proposing or accepting changes to the codes and standard? (JKL) the requirements should come first and be well founded. The challenge is identifying stakeholders early on. (Gao) We should have boundary conditions for the solutions (JKL) The challenge is determining the team's role in affirming/validating amendments. (John) Who does this team report to? (Answer) ==> ET-Metadata ==> SC-IMT (Rodica)
